A brief introduction of Ctgrain grain moisture tester

Works
The Ctgrain Grain Tester consists of a capacitive sensor , C / V conversion circuit , A / D converter and LCD digital display

circuit after the capacitive sensor into the test food , which is measured in the media of different grain. Since the

dielectric constant of water is much greater than the permittivity of the material in general , so long as the measured

water content with a small grain variations , the sensor will cause a larger change in capacitance . By the C / V

conversion circuit and A / D converter , LCD digital circuit will directly reflect the percentage of the measured

moisture content of grain .
Operation
1 . Boot: The switch to the "ON " position , the instrument will show a certain number.
2 . Correction: Take moisture close to the standard value of food samples , 105 ℃ drying method used to test the

moisture content of the grain varieties tested , then SC-3F water tester inserted into the food , and adjust the "

correction " knob make digital and drying method to measure the moisture content readings consistent , then tossed away

food , then the digital display of the instrument is measured grain varieties " start value ." For the sake of accuracy ,

should be taken as the average of three " start value ." Grain-producing areas and grain but different varieties of food

like spring " start value " will be some fluctuations , should be corrected to 105 ℃ drying method .
3 .Test:⑴ instrument before and after boot , without shoveling food into the test , first adjust the " correction " knob

to figure indicates the measured grain varieties " start value ." As a measure of rice varieties transferred 6.5% ,

measured in a variety of wheat transferred to 6%.⑵ insert the instrument measured the food , then the number is

displayed on the instrument measured the percentage of grain moisture content . Operation, in order to reduce measurement
